Iridite NCP is an environmentally safe, chrome-free passivation treatment for aluminium alloys. It is a highly corrosion-resistant conversion coating suited for paint or left as a stand-alone corrosion resistant process. Iridite NCP is a process that offers an extremely high corrosion resistance that has tested to 1000 hours on many types of aluminium.
Iridite NCP can withstand high temperatures, so it is suitable for use on items with high temperatures. This unique property, not found in chromates. Unlike traditional Chromate treatments that require up to 24 hours to cure to a hard film, Iridite NCP provides a hard-amorphous crystalline coating when processed. This chrome free technology meets all environmental standards.
Iridite NCP is an alternative option to replace Alocrom 1200 & 1000.
Our Process Plant
On our 6.6ft Semi auto Vat Line we can produce high volumes of components ranging from very small to larger components at the highest quality. We also have our own transportation with our 3.5t curtain sided truck for delivery and collection of customers' goods.
